the day before yesterday I update world , gnome 3.10-->3.12
after that I find there's something wrong:
the shortcuts I set is very very low to execute.
I set these shortcuts in gnome-control-center--->keyboard-->shortcut;for instance ,Ctrl +Alt +F to execute firefox,Ctrl+Alt+T to execute gnome-terminal.
in gnome 3.10 it's OK,but in 3.12,after I click the shortcut keys,I have to wait more than 10 seconds to see it executed. Too too too slow. and sometimes the X-window will stop ,keeping no response whatever I do. for several seconds.

finally I find it's all lightdm's fault. I use lightdm to login into gnome(because use gdm I'll see a lot of Warnings in syslog, but the Warnings wll be much less if I use lightdm instead.)
if I don't set autologin with lightdm , it's all OK too. But once I set autologin and use lightdm , things are like what I said above.

I set autologin with gdm ,it's all OK.

so, I think the lightdm autolohin isn't compatible with gnome 3.12.

Maybe it's my own case.
and maybe there're other guys meeting this, hope it's useful to those guys

It seems that they do not work together smoothly in general, it might help to file bugs upstream.
