I will not because I do not have logs

but I have a problem which I can not cope

if any of you know how to do that appeared to me options to turn the computer off and on lxde for a normal user?

from the root of these options I have, but as I am a regular user account that these options have not been

Can I count on to help solve your problem?

are you using openbox as your window manager with lxde (its the default)? If you are, I can tell you the solution I used.

LXDE should offer you shutdown button when consolekit is installed and your login manager uses it.
Pam might also be nessesery.

Are you using polkit, if so there is a group for that,
if you're using pam, it has another mechanism,
but I haven't kept up with either one of those and
have them installed on my system.

I would add your user to the "polkituser" group (or at least it used to be called that) that should allow your user to see the shutdown button.

I do not have a group of "polkit", this is my /etc/group

Code:

root:x:0:root
bin:x:1:root,bin,daemon
daemon:x:2:root,bin,daemon
sys:x:3:root,bin,adm
adm:x:4:root,adm,daemon
tty:x:5:
disk:x:6:root,adm
lp:x:7:lp
mem:x:8:
kmem:x:9:
wheel:x:10:root,zbyszek
floppy:x:11:root

video:x:27:root
cdrw:x:80:
usb:x:85:root,zbyszek

dhcp:x:103:
mysql:x:60:

I added a user to a group polkitd but nothing is changed

I solved the problem and I have shutdown and restart of the level of user

I had a problem with the lack of flags in the file "make.conf" I do not know exactly which flag solved the problem but he has compiled all of the commands

Code:
USE = "pam policykit consolekit dbus udev udisks upower" emerge -auvDN world

and everything works as it should

Thanks for your help

late to the party, but I installed sudo, and gave my user permission in the sudoers file to run the shutdown and reboot commands without asking for a password. Then added "exec" lines to my openbox menu to this effect.
