I am new to the forum and haven't seen a place to make proposals for integration of software into the ebuild-tree.

A software that I would like to propose would be Morinus:

https://sites.google.com/site/pymorinus/#TOC-Installation-Source-

The software is in stable and final development state and would not need much maintenance work.

There is a continuation project however on Sourceforge:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/morinus/?source=directory

This one would result in maintenance work (due to new releases).

The ususal place for these request is Gentoo Bugzilla. Would you mind posting it there along with a short description of why you think it's worthy of inclusion?

The reason for my proposal is simple: The tree does currently only contain Astrolog
which is not bad but a command-line driven program. There should be some software with
menus available. Morinus would provide that.

You need a ".html" on the end of that link, cjubon; topic links (topic=XXX) are usually easier.
