Migration to netboot + iscsi

Hello,

I have a 'server' that is up to date, using grub2 and efi. I would like to make it diskless.

For that, I would like to is pxe netboot + iscsi storage from my nas.


Netboot will be put on hold for the moment, and I will focus mainly on iscsi storage.

If I am not completly wrong, the boot partition will still be used and something somewhere will tell the kernel to use iscsi.


So here is my questions :

1 - what would be the procedure to convert the / partition to iscsi and how to tell the bootloader the switch to iscsi ?
2 - what would be the procedure to netboot the step 1
