Removing Activity Manager was the first thing I did on first boot into KDE.
But today I recognized that "Remove this Activity Manager" context menu option missing.
I wasted a couple of hours trying to remove this launcher. Even unmerge kactivities doesn't helped.
HELP ME!!! How do I remove this crap ?

Hi creaker,
I am able to remove a plasma widget placed on a panel (like activities manager) only when unlocking the widgets and clicking on the "Panel Tool Box" icon (i.e. the "cashew" icon which show up next to the clock): once activated the "Panel Tool Box" you can remove the widget either by right-clicking or left-clicking on the "Activities" icon.

kite14, thank you!
It does the trick.

Apparently, all the KDE problems are solved and bugs are fixed, and the developers have nothing else to do but such "improvements".
