Hi. I'm trying to run non-steam version of Broken Age. First I got error about not having GLSL 1.30 capability in my driver, so I unmasked mesa-10.0.3 and that error is gone. Now it's about lack of S3TC support. I'm confused because according to glxinfo all extensions are there:

I don't get how it detects mesa-9 when I'm running mesa-10? I also tried launching the game with MESA_DEBUG=1 and force_s3tc_enable=true to enforce s3trc:

Mesa is build with "-bindist" flag and I have libtxc_dxtn package installed, but I rarely run games or other opengl software on my linux box so I'm not sure if everything is ok with my setup.

I fixed the problem by emerging 32 bit version of media-libs/libtxc_dxtn package. The game works but there is no audio at all.


edit: Fixed sound problem by emerging app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-soundlibs, now I can play :).
