systemd console WindowKEYs - how?

How to make use of WindowKeys to cycle between text console terminals in the same fashion or similar as in OpenRC?
Is there within systemd anything relevant to settings from /etc/conf.d/kemaps

Please, give me any clue, I used to rely on text console as much as only possible and start "startx" just in case of real need. The WindowsKyes comfortable switching fuctionality seems acutely missing here in systemd environment, is really no any way to enable it?
