Good news! I have found "the root of all evil" LOL.
The file /boot/grub/device.map was wrong:
I have fixed grub.conf as you said, using hd0 instead hd1 but haven't changed device.map; so I changed it to this:
And all worked fine. Next step, I'll try to remove that "rootdelay" and complete the install.
I like gnome, but I've planned to use XFCE at this time; I've readed that gnome uses systemd and it requires several adjustments; so, I'll follow the KISS method  .

As information purposes, the pendrive isn't able to boot without the "rootdelay"

Ok, I have no network in my brand new gentoo environment.
ifconfig only shows me lo; and not eno1 and lo.

barring accident, this should reveal the name of driver that must be included in the kernel configuration to support your ethernet NIC; if no result appears post the entire result of.
do you intend to use network manager, wicd, gentoo style networking, or something else?

I have recompiled the kernel and followed the steps from network manage's how to. And when my gentoo boots, things seems to be normal.

I have not links avaliable; I have tested the network with ping and it reached the site, so I think network is ok at my gentoo environment.
I'm at work now and I'll perform some tests at home. And I'll keep bugging you guys!

General use. I'm concerned about learning gentoo's way.
It's the first time I install a compiled distro and I want to learn how to adjust all the system to my notebook specs.
After I can complete the testing install into my pendrive, I'll do it again into HDD.
Next step, I think is install the DE; XFCE seems to be simple enough for a begginer.

One more question: how can I use emerge behind a proxy?
I have an automatic proxy script that runs at http://foo/proxy/foo.pac (for an example) and it has no port; I've tried to set this, by using:

(same for ftp_proxy and rsync_proxy)
So, I tried to emerge something, but after a long time, it shows an error (couldn't reach the servers and download the requested data). I'm sure it's because the damn proxy.
