name reserved to eth0, but the interface can't be brought up, cause the driver does not installed, why the BCM5706 driver bnx2 is not compiled in the kernel,
so have to copy from ubuntu system all bnx2 files, then
1.first mod probe --remove bnx2 , and then probe bnx2 to reinstall the driver
after chroot into new gentoo
2.install firmware package: sys-kernel/linux-firmware (otherwise bnx2 driver and other derivers missing again) |
