Fresh install probleme ELF and emerge

Hello, I have a little problem. I do a fresh install and I get son error:

cat etc/portage/make.conf | wgetpaste

emerge -v gcc | wgetpaste
http://bpaste.net/show/140932/

emerge --info '=sys-devel/gcc-4.8.1-r1::gentoo' | wgetpaste
http://bpaste.net/show/140996/

emerge -pqv '=sys-devel/gcc-4.8.1-r1::gentoo' | wgetpaste
http://bpaste.net/show/140997/

I get also that kind of message whatever i try to emerge:
(null)*(null) Unable to trace static ELF: ./conftest: ./conftest <= it's can be something than ./conftest

I run a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz with 8GB ram, 4G in ram and my /var is up to 40G.
