hi
my old gentoo lxde uses about 3% of intel dual core cpu, with firefox running it grown up to 12% and when i was watch some movie in mplyer it was about 20%

now i have new installation
and my idle lxde use 40% of processor, with firefox it grown up little bit, when i start movie it dont work in real time, every 4 second movie is freezing for about 0,1 sec....

its some [kworker/u2:x].. i even dont know what it is...
i find on google that it is something for ACPI in kernel, so maybe i mess up something in .config, here it is:

Cpu frequency scaling & conservative as default governor may help in your kernel.

solved now
instead of opening new post i can google 2 minutes and will find answer here:
http://souriguha.wordpress.com/2011/03/08/how-to-solve-problem-with-thinkpadkslowd-kworker-on-linux-kernel-2-35-2-36/

doesnt matter, maybe someone will have same problem
i was just add "drm_kms_helper.poll=0" to grub parameter.. and now i have 3% cpu usage again

WTF ???
it was solved after first reboot with that parameter, now after second reboot it comes again.. so parameter doesnt work at all
what to do now ?

in previous kernel release i wasnt have that issue, maybe i can try downgrade ?

I don't know what's teh problem, but I can't update kernel as only 3.10.41 is free from this issue!
