Gentoo 13,amd64.
When I set the option to network time on, it will not update the time. and once I reboot the system, the option will resume to network time off. |

The time can be synced by ntpdate. but however, I use ntpd started by systemd which already listen on the right nic doesn't sync time automatically.
also, I can't change the ntp status. NTP enabled is still n/a. NTP servers already set in /etc/ntp.conf
Code: |
homeserver jimmy # timedatectl set-ntp true
homeserver jimmy # timedatectl
Local time: Fri 2013-10-11 23:08:23 CST
Universal time: Fri 2013-10-11 15:08:23 UTC
RTC time: Thu 2013-10-10 14:08:01
Timezone: Asia/Shanghai (CST, +0800)
NTP enabled: n/a
NTP synchronized: no
RTC in local TZ: no
DST active: n/a
