using a thinkpad t30, i noticed this after updating to the 3.11 kernel (i'm not sure but i think that was not there before)

If it's repeatable you may have to post this on LKML or something. Possibly better to the tuxonice people. Usually the WARN() calls are related to a nonfatal condition wasn't being met but the code writer thought it should...

I'm not using tuxonice on my laptops (but suspend/resume/hibernate/unthaw work for many machines), and haven't tried out 3.11 yet...still waiting for 3.12 for that #(@)%%!@# bluetooth fix...

Looks like a bug in TuxOnIce, you'll probably want to file a bug with them.
