hi

I actually work on a dell powerblade with an iscsi disk but when i try to attached it, i can't found the drive.

Code:
iscsiadm -m node -T  iqn.1984-05.com.dell:powervault.md3600i.690b11c000049cb6000000003e490338 -p 192.168.13.100 -l

Logging in to [iface: iface0, target: iqn.1984-05.com.dell:powervault.md3600i.690b11c000049cb6000000003e490338, portal: 192.168.13.100,3260]
Login to [iface: iface0, target: iqn.1984-05.com.dell:powervault.md3600i.690b11c000049cb6000000003e490338, portal: 192.168.13.100,3260] successful.

That what i have when i attach the device but i have no more disk in /dev/disk/by-path/

that's the dmesg output after attach :

Code:
[ 3418.642242] scsi19 : iSCSI Initiator over TCP/IP
[ 3418.902372] scsi 19:0:0:0: Direct-Access     DELL     MD36xxi          0780 PQ: 1 ANSI: 5
[ 3418.902529] scsi 19:0:0:0: Attached scsi generic sg3 type 0
[ 3418.904828] scsi 19:0:0:31: Direct-Access     DELL     Universal Xport  0780 PQ: 0 ANSI: 5
[ 3418.904955] scsi 19:0:0:31: Attached scsi generic sg4 type 0

and the iscsiadm -m session output :

Code:
tcp: [3] 192.168.13.100:3260,1 iqn.1984-05.com.dell:powervault.md3600i.690b11c000049cb6000000003e490338

So the iscsi device seems to be successfuly attach.

I think i miss something but what ?

Thanks in advence

Dell ... hope you've got that sucker well backed up.

Just for the record, on OmniOS the command is stmfadm add-view lu-id.
