So i am getting the

Could not connect to JACK server as client. - Overall operation failed. - Unable to connect to server. Please check the messages window for more info.
Cannot connect to server socket err = No such file or directory
Cannot connect to server socket
jack server is not running or cannot be started

When i try to start the jack server with real-time enabled but it start great without, but the latency is horrible.
but researching says that there no longer is a way to setup the kernel for realtime?

how do i get realtime running?

OK .. so i have managed to get it to start with realtime enabled.... not sure how

plays fine, but when I patch it through a equalizer (JAMin) it skips and lags like it cant keep up.

My Comp speed and MEM are not the issue.

yeah, more software you plug together the more buffer you will probably need. i suggest you check out qjackctl to manage your jack session and add to buffers, add a little bit of latency to keep the sound clean and clear.

The original poster is asking about real-time audio. You are just taking wild guesses at things again.

http://imageshack.com/a/img834/8824/tn3g.jpg <---- wild guesses... my wild guess is if you do not have adequate buffer size, you will xrun & pop / crackle.

raise frame/period size, or periods/buffer, and it will go away....

read the jack xrun thread.... https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-865771-start-0.html
