I'm working on GSoC project g-sorcery currently and I would like to ask people to test it.
g-sorcery is aimed to create a framework for ebuild generators. At the moment there is one usefull and fully functional backend -- gs-elpa. It generates ebuilds for additional packages for emacs. It works with ELPA, Marmalade and MELPA repositories.
Installation instructions you can find here. If you would be interested in going deeper in testing framework itself and develop a new backend you can use this link. |

Layman-9999 now has the g-sorcery patch already applied. So until the instructions are updated, just Code: | emerge =app-portage/layman-9999 | There is no need to add the user patch. _________________ Brian
