Hello all

How can I change desktop-path back to the old setting "current directory/home directory" from the new default "~/emacs.d"?

Specifically, '.' doesn't work as in
Code:

(setq desktop-path '(".:~/.emacs.d/"))

in .emacs

Chris

I've found the answer at [url]https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/gnu.emacs.help/8UVR4obTChY[/url]
Code:
(setq desktop-path '("." "~/.emacs.d/"))

I thought it took a Unix path sequence
