I've never eaten horse meat (at least that i'm aware of) but i wouldn't mind trying it.
The line, for me, gets drawn at insects/spiders/weirdshitlikethat... That's gonna be a hell of a problem for me when "normal" food runs out. |

What kind of horses are going to be killed? Obviously not the old and sick. _________________ "Defeat is a state of mind. No one is ever defeated, until defeat has been accepted as a reality." -- Bruce Lee |

Probably a breed of nice, fat, passive, slow-moving ones that will be bred by suppliers to supply meat to the factory. If the factory can sell their food products, there's money to be made there. Pretty soon we'll have horses that look like cows, and there will be ads on TV telling everybody that horse meat is the healthiest meat you can eat because X, Y, Z. If they're smart, they'll go after some basketball and football players they can use as spokespeople. |

I am going shopping soon. Some food for me and some vegetables to stuff the guinea pigs.
Of course there will be horse sausages in the shelves and of course I will be tempted to buy some.
I wouldn't mind eating cats.
I wouldn't mind eating swans.
I will never eat dogs - because dogs are disgusting, dirty shiteaters. _________________ Study finds stunning lack of racial, gender, and economic diversity among middle-class white males

Why the long face? | It is already bad enough that horses end up in energyman food like lasagne and salami. But now they are suppose to feed the largest third world country on Earth? I think it would be far more fun to legalise hunting yanks with horses. |

I don't eat turkey either. Both are filled to the brim with antibiotics and stand between their dead comrades (because it is too expensive to collect the dead birds. Just let them rot...). _________________ Study finds stunning lack of racial, gender, and economic diversity among middle-class white males

US American chickens are all being systematically irradiated before they end up in the grocery. They are that badly contaminated.

Are you also going to now call for US Americans to be hunted down on bird-back and slaughtered? |

no. Nobody wants that or calls for that.
