Hello,
on updating some programs (thunderbird, firefox, skype and so on) with dependencies to mesa i got the following error:
../../../../src/mapi/glapi/.libs/libglapi.a(glapi_getproc.o) undefined reference to `glAreTexturesResidentEXT'
and the follwing references: glDeleteTexturesEXT, glGenTexturesEXT, glIsTextureEXT, glGetColorTableEXT, ...
...
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
gmake[3]: *** [st_GL.la] Fehler 1
...
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
gmake[3]: *** [egl_gallium.la] Fehler 1
I tried to set different useflags and also looked for dependencies to other packages but was not able to get this working.
Here is some info about my environment:
emerge emerge --info '=media-libs/mesa-9.1.2-r1'

It looks like you're affected by this bug. Comment #7 there states that you should be able to get around this bug by emerging mesa with the shared-glapi USE flag.
Good Luck.. |
