pulseaudio --start from user:
Code:

N: [pulseaudio] main.c: User-configured server at {5a425754698f8866979b59a051b9a8e1}unix:/tmp/pulse-PKdhtXMmr18n/native, which appears to be local. Probing deeper.

pulseaudio --start from root:
Code:

W: [pulseaudio] main.c: This program is not intended to be run as root (unless --system is specified).
N: [pulseaudio] main.c: User-configured server at {5a425754698f8866979b59a051b9a8e1}unix:/tmp/pulse-PKdhtXMmr18n/native, refusing to start/autospawn.

id:
Code:

uid=1000(dm3ch) gid=1000(dm3ch) groups=1000(dm3ch),10(wheel),18(audio),100(users),998(pulse),999(pulse-access)

P.S. Sorry for my bad English

Well, the first line for root is quite clear - unless you've got very special needs, you shouldn't.
As for the user output, it suggests it's already running.

If it's already run, why
Code:

pulseaudio --kill
E: [pulseaudio] main.c: Failed to kill daemon: No such process

What does 'pulseaudio -vvvv --check' print ?

If it really isn't running, pastebin the output of 'pulseaudio --start -vvvv'.

Do you have any special settings in pulseaudio config files (global or user) ?

I asked about the files, not whether you think you've modified them - it could be that another app modified them.
Also, check 'printenv', if there are any pulseaudio vars set in your environment.

PS: if 'pgrep pulseaudio' returns any PIDs, check them with 'ps -lly -p'.

It doesn't start because it is already running. Why are you trying to start it?
