Certain times when i press the Super key i got this ugly background (image here --> http://s9.postimg.org/srqvnhqen/bug.png)
which i can solve only if i reboot my Gentoo boxen.
What can it be?

PS: I'm on Gentoo ~amd64, Gnome 3.6.X

Looks like graphics card driver corruption. Which video card and driver are you using?

i have a intel core i5 sandy bridge with intel hd 3000

Are you using sna or uxa with your intel driver? If you're using sna, try uxa instead.

solved :D if anyone have this problem you've just to disable "let the file manager handle the desktop" with gnome-tweak-tool
