Hi JaCk0,
It seems your file sun-jre-bin-1.6.0.41 is corrupted.
Download it again from oracle site (make sure download has finished!) and move it to /usr/portage/distfiles.
This operation is quite simple, I'm almost sure you haven't waited the download.

The download is obviously not the problem or else there would be at least three hash check failure messages.

Try removing every subdirectory under /var/tmp/portage/*.

I check distfiles folder and not found any java file. I had searched in oracle website for a jre arm binary for JAVA SE without results. Does Oracle support ARM?

There is a fetch restriction turned on sun-jre-bin-1.6.0.41. It means you have to download it from the oracle site.
The current version of this pack is 1.6.0.43 and you can download it from:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre6downloads-1902815.html
Move it to /usr/portage/distfiles and emerge it again.

Thanks. Sorry, I not explained well. I have a ARM box and I not found armv6/armv7 binaries to download in Oracle page or any site. I found a JDK8 EA preview binary for Rasperri PI, but I can't run this VM in my box.
