You don't say which wiki - that may be important.
If you mean wiki.gentoo.org, then the content is published under the CC BY-SA 3.0 licence.
Provided you comply with that licence, no permissions are required.
Content on other wikis is licenced differently - you need to follow their licencing rules. _________________ Regards,

Yes, gentoo.org. For example, there is button, that me don´t allowed to continuing. |

You have a create account at the upper right. I think you must have one for that, so any user could change a page, but only registered user, not anonymous ones.
Did you search the wiki, there must be a page explaining rules. |
