I need to have wine running to use a few applications that I cannot find Linux versions of, and seeing as the box is headless I will have to start the apps via vnc, I have looked at a few guides but they all seem to present with more issues than they sort, is there an easy to follow best app guide to vnc anywhere, I have been looking for last day or so, but nothing has come up _________________ I know 43 ways to kill with a SKITTLE, so taste my rainbow bitch. |

For using Windows' applications, my solution is to install a VirtualBox, then install win-xp, then app...
Display performance of apps under VirtualBox is excellent , especially using seamless mode, you can have a try. Forget what vnc. |

oh...I have not used vnc, in case of connecting to server's X application, I use "ssh -X $server", this is simple enough, for detail, you can google "ssh X forwarding" |
