He sounds to me like somebody who has lived in the U.S. since the age of 14 or so, has managed to affect a reasonable American accent, occasionally lapses back into the strong Russian accent he probably had at first (and which his parents probably still have), and used it (or maybe a parody of the stereotype) in the first video for the fun of it.

Regardless, he may not live long, because he doesn't seem to have a lot of sense.
