expose like window picker?

Hello, gentoo users:

I switched to xfce4 from gnome3 because it's not stable yet. One missing functionality is the window picker like expose. I tried skippy and skippy-xd but both are quite unstable. Is there any alternative to such applications for xfce? Compiz seems to be deprecated, so I don't consider it.

P.s. When would the gnome3 be stable? Does anybody know?
