So first of all my usb 3.0 is working fine with usb 1.1 and usb 2.0 devices.

so as u see it's totaly crap if you want to get a other error message... Does anybody have an idea?

Do you have one of the USB debug options turned on in your kernel? Sometimes they seem like a good idea, but end up spewing like this - and in cases like those they're only good for developers. I'd see if this is due to a kernel option, and either turn it off or look at the help and see if there's a runtime turn-off somewhere in /sys.

Since I put the USB3 support directly in the kernel, I have less xhci-hcd output in the kernel log.
