Anyone remember watching this movie? I had seen it long time back and it stuck in my head. Only recently I watched again and liked it.

I liked the first half. It was almost a philosophical dialogue about rights vs. morality in our every day life.
But the the second half destroyed that feeling as it turned into insanity.

A great film nevertheless.

yes thats true but nevertheless the final scene in which he pulls his water pistol to get shot down is very epic :)

But I think I know what you mean.. It's like in the first half one can identify oneself with him, but then one recognizes that he is to insane...

Exactly.

I guess the authors wanted to show that this struggle leads to insanity. Which is a sad.

LoTeK, you're just tired, or drinking? I'm not a grammar Nazi, but I know your English is usually much better.

It's a satisfying watch for most urban 9-to-5 slaves, and Michael Douglas really is tip-top in just about every scene, but it's a shame Robert Duvall isn't given a bit more to do. Solid 7/10 over here.

:) no, not yet, but indeed tired... sikpuppy has told me I'm talking gibberish, is it the structure of my sentences or more spelling errors?

My favorite part was the opening with the fish-eye lens view. The only rental copy I had seen did not use the fish-eye lens effect. Was disappointing.
