Enable AHCI under ATA SATA under serial & parallel ATA drivers. Your laptop has no SCSI controller, SCSI/SAS only available on some server platform.

ATA/ATAPI/MFM/RLL IS deprecated. Do not enable it.
Go to Serial ATA and Parallel ATA drivers as s4e8 said and enable AHCI.
