Hi,

I'm upgrading my system and I'm getting the following error when I try to update xmobar:

Code:
src/Xmobar.hs:170:16: Not in scope: `void'

src/Xmobar.hs:179:16: Not in scope: `void'
 * ERROR: x11-misc/xmobar-0.16 failed (compile phase):
 *   setup build failed
 *
 * Call stack:
 *     ebuild.sh, line   93:  Called src_compile
 *   environment, line 2690:  Called haskell-cabal_src_compile
 *   environment, line 2019:  Called cabal_src_compile
 *   environment, line  625:  Called cabal-build
 *   environment, line  448:  Called die
 * The specific snippet of code:
 *       ./setup "$@" || die "setup build failed"

I can post additional information.

Thank you

Turns out that I had to upgrade dev-lang/ghc to version 7. Strange that that dependency isn't more clearly defined in the package configuration.

I can confirm this.

Should I fill in a bug?

The strange thing is that older ebuilds (xmobar-0.14) had this requirement.

Same problem here. Could not even install xmonad on my fresh Gentoo install.
