I have software raid (two sata disks 320gb partitioned in the same way, raid1), generally system works several months. But in last month there were two incidents.
System stopped work, it was rebooted and worked, but after reboot raid worked on one drive only for several partitions (U_ state) but after manual addition of sdb*, worked fine again.
But what is really specific - in several logs that applications (mysql and custom application) write constantly just before crash there was block of zeros (binary zeros I mean) (length of the block is not multiple of 512).
Memory test in user mode showed no problems.
Did somebody saw something like this?

You'll need to look at your dmesg logs to see what your kernel thought before kicking a disk. I've had a bad sata power connector be the root cause for random drive kicks...
