I'm trying to find a piece of software in which I can create objects, connect them, give them properties and view them in handy visual ways.
The goal is to document the papers which are on my protein. Each paper should have properties such as "authors" and "what I think it's about", and papers should be connected if they cite each other.
This sounds very much like a (small) database to me, but my issue is that I'd like to be able to view one big flowchart with all the papers in (which I can search with a find function). I'd also like to be able to easily change what is displayed in the boxes of the flowchart (e.g. the click of a button changes it from paper titles to what I think it's about).
Does anybody know a good piece of software that can do that? |
