Hallo alle zusammen,

mir ist beim letzten bauen meiner Initramfs ein kleiner Fehler unterlaufen.
Ich habe aus Versehen im laufenden System den Befehl
Code:
busybox --install
ausgeführt.

Das führte dazu, dass sich busybox irgentwie im System "verkeilt" hat.
Dadurch sind diverse Standartbefehle umgebogen worden, und weisen nun auf die Busybox Varianten.

Aufgrund dessen kann z.B. consolefont nichtmehr starten.
Ebenso weigern sich div. Tools (gentoolkit, grub2) zu funktionieren, da bestimmte Befehle (find, ln, cp etc.) nichtmehr den vollen Funktionsumfang besitzen.

Eine Deinstallation von busybox mithilfe von
Code:
emerge -C busybox
behebt zwar diese Probleme, allerdings gehört busybox zum Profile und ich brauche es auch regelmäßig bei einer neuen Initramfs wieder auf dem Rechner.
Eine Neuinstallation führt allerdings sofort wieder zum o.g. Verhalten.

Ich hoffe jemand von euch kann mir sagen, wie ich die Auswirkungen von "busybox --install" wieder rückgängig machen kann.

Du musst (imho) coreutils remergen... (Achtung: ungeprüfte Aussage)
Achso und danach musst du überprüfen welche Dateien noch auf busybox linken um die entsprechenden Pakete (mit qfile <dateiname> kannst du das rausfinden) zu remergen. Aber mit den coreutils hast du den größten Teil erschlagen.
