When I open the HTML test page in this link:
http://www.color.org/version4ready.xalter
the result is that no color management is working.
This happens in Firefox as wel as Konqueror.
When I open the pdf file in either Gimp or Okular the result is that both V2 and V4 are OK.
Both Gimp and Okular use lcms.
So I conclude that X is not using color management.

I've done quite a bit of searching how to get my display colormanaged but haven't found anything.

Any info will be highly appreciated.
Gerard.

The last time I checked only certain programs were able to use color correction while X doesn't have any way to use it. I remember reading that it is possible to use it in firefox as well.

Here is an old article about it, but perhaps the features are still there:

Thanks epsilon72,
Apparently this has become impossible in FF-10.0.6 that I run.
I checked both prefs.js and about:config.
I guess I'll use Gimp when I have need for correct rendering.
Gerard.
