You could try re-emerging sys-devel/gettext, I think I saw this somewhere else. Anyway, I have the same problem with Grub

Had the same issue when upgrading
[ebuild U ] net-misc/wget-1.14 [1.12-r3]
Re-emerging gettext solved it. Thanks. _________________ no overclocking, no problems |

I re-emerged gettext but still had the issue. After upgrading autoconf the issue was resolved. |
