I have emerged gcc 3.2 but when I run
Code:

gcc -dumpversion

It shows the old one 2.95.7
Whats wrong?

edit: I fixed it
I just run
Code:

ln -sf /usr/bin/gcc-3.2 /bin/gcc

Is it right to do that?

GCC3 to OTG, probably system-specific.
