When logged in, the icons next to the thread title that show whether it has any unread messages. When you click a thread, and then click the link on top of the posts to go back to the forum you were in (gentoo chat, otw, ...) the icon for the thread you were in goes back to blank signifying you read it AND it also does the same for the thread above the one you entered. I tried it in a a bunch of the different subforums, its repeatable.
And before someone complains, Im not going to bother searching for the proper bugzilla and whatnot, so don't bother complaining that I put this in the wrong place.
