CPU Type for AMD Athlon II M300

Hi All,

Having some troubles installing (well, the install goes fine, it's rebooting into gentoo that's causing me headaches!)
I'm trying to cover all my bases, and want to make sure I've got as much 'right' as I can, so thought I would ask here (since googling is turning up various info, not always the best).

Have a Toshiba Satellite Notebook, CPU is: AMD Athlon II M300(2.0GHz)

I am currently using this in /etc/make.conf:

CFLAGS="-mtune=athlon64 -O2 -pipe"

So I was reading through various places online to find some info, and found this site:

But for the life of me, can't be certain which set of configs I should try using?! I believe it should be either #16 or #21, but again.... since I'm having troubles, I want to make sure I've got everything right.
