hey!

i emerged pidgin (stable one), but there is no executable:

also it seems that portage does not install any executable for pidgin:

i use these flags:

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

[ebuild   R   ] net-im/pidgin-2.5.9-r1  USE="dbus nls perl -bonjour -debug -doc -eds -gadu -gnutls -groupwise -gstreamer -gtk -meanwhile -ncurses -networkmanager -prediction -qq -sasl -silc -spell -tcl -tk -zephyr" 0 kB


so any ideas?

so any ideas?

If you build it as is, pidgin is in fact libpurple.
If you want an user interface, rebuild it with the gtk or ncurses useflag.
