|
|
I just updated my kernel from 2.6.26-gentoo-r4 to 2.6.29-gentoo-r5 and am stunned by the kernel boot logo...
where I was expecting to be greeted by a penguin, I discovered what I can only describe as a wombat with a false beak over his face.
This leads to the questions:
- wtf ?
- is this new mascot choosen by (and possibly meant to represent) gentoo or upstream ?
- should this post, though clearly converned with the kernel, rather be somwhere else? if so, feel free to move it where more appropriate, moderators |
