Minimal install CDs are generated, and posted, on a weekly basis.

Any official plans for creating more generally full featured CDs has yet to pass the discussion phase of implementation.

i thought that gentoo is countinuosly and when portage means that all is uptodate then it will be a 2009 version but started i have 2007.

The tree is continually updated, the releases in question are the minimal install CD images.

The 2007 profiles are deprecated you should switch to an equivalent 2008 profile, unless the system is not being updated. There are no 2009 profiles, at least yet, and there is no actual need for them so long as the 2008 profiles are maintained.
