Please add an ebuild for new POV-Ray Release 3.5

Hi all,

POV-Ray 3.5 has been released on July 09, 2002. It's quite a long time gone without any new ebuild update for that.

You could say, compile and install your self, of course. That's possible, definitely. But I chose also Gentoo for have this done by scripts and a good managing system as done with portage :-P
