In particular

NetSSLeay installs Net-SSLeay-1.15.pod to /
XML-Parser installs XML-Parser-2.31.pod to /
XML-RegExp installs XML-RegExp-0.03.pod to /
Webmin installs uninstall.sh to /

These are all I've come across so far. This is on a fresh 1.2 install that has been emerge -u world this morning.
