back in october we had a little bit of snowfall for a ahort time, melting as it hit the ground.

Well, what better way to cheer me up... it's actually snowing right now! Just a bit of accumulation, and not on the roads (they're testing out some new pre-de-icer technology that's been here for a year or so)... but still, big flakes, good quality falling, and it's not melting too much (even though it's 33.3 degrees outside).

/me wonders if xearth and xsnow can be run at the same time :P

Fortunately I could have done without a jacket today. We had ~6" last Sunday, which thankfully, is close to gone.

I lived there from 1991 to 1994.

Right here (hill above Quail Lake Park, other side of Rt. 115 from the Broadmoor area).

I've walked around Quail Lake... even looked at some houses in the area. Someone managed to put a pickup into the lake not too long ago.

It can't be the same guy, but a guy by that name worked for me when I was stationed there.
