Gwydion Dylan ebuild

Hello,

I would like to see Gwydion Dylan in portage. Unfortunately one component has a rather complex build process, which involves either bootstrapping from an existing binary installation of the component, or a slow, rarely used alternative process which can cause bugs to manifest and is not recommended by the developers.

I'm not sure which is the better process for Gentoo, nor do I have the shell scripting knowledge necessary to make an ebuild for the whole program. It may be best split into two ebuilds, "gd-mindy" (the less problematic component, a bytecode compiler/interpreter) and "gd-d2c" (the 'compiler', actually a Dylan to C translator.)

If no one with more experience takes interest, I will work on gd-mindy, which should be simple.
