If anyone is searching for a solution to the printing problems for Samsung printers where the "Unable to start filter rastertosamsungsplc" error comes up.
The driver pack that Samsung provides assumes that the filters will be in /usr/libexec/cups/filters instead of where it
actually instals them on gentoo - /usr/lib/cups/filters. Just copy the filter files over and things should work
fine. |

by "copying" should be used, this ensures the correct permissions are preserved
there's also a bug in bugs.gentoo.org providing always an up-to-date ebuild for emerging those drivers
