GTK Engines and Themes wiki entry

Because I have always found theming in Gnome rather confusing, and there is barely any useful documentation, I decided to write a piece about it on the gentoo wiki.

I like FVWM -- and with a ~/.gtkrc-2.0, firefox, gimp, etc... are definitely a lot nicer looking now.
