I am getting the error "#GCC no longer implements <varargs.h>" while building mit-krb5-1.2.8
This seems to be related to using the i686 libs for gcc...any ideas? are there flags I am missing for this? |

what glibc / gcc version...
It looks like gcc doesn't have the library varargs....
and are there any new mit-krb5 versions? |

V 3.3.1
I am doing a fresh install from the basic CD (First time user of Gentoo). Stage 2.
the path to the varargs it's using is:
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.1/include/varargs.h |

Moved from Installing Gentoo to Portage & Programming.
This is a known gcc-3.3 issue where varargs.h is deprecated. There is an alpha build of mit-krb5 that does compile with gcc-3.3 that you may like to try:
Code: |
# emerge /usr/portage/app-crypt/mit-krb5/mit-krb5-1.3_alpha1.ebuild
