My (.bash_profile) aliases aren't working when I use fbrun (the fluxbox run tool), is there any way to fix that?

.bash_profile is for login shells, .bashrc is for non-login shells. You can always symlink one to the other, or have one source the other so they they behave identically.

You should probably file a feature request for fbrun at the fluxbox sourceforge tracker.

I believe fbrun uses the $PATH specified in /etc/profile. This works in debian, anyhow. Make sure to make a backup before making any changes.
