Nope, no additional steps necessary _________________ “And even in authoritarian countries, information networks are helping people discover new facts and making governments more accountable.”– Hillary Clinton, Jan. 21, 2010 |

Just "emerge glibc", right?
Thank you. |

Correct.
Just to be safe you could do a revdep-rebuild, but I don't think it's necessary. _________________ “And even in authoritarian countries, information networks are helping people discover new facts and making governments more accountable.”– Hillary Clinton, Jan. 21, 2010 |

Guys,
Thanx for the reply.
I am trying to upgrade GNOME only not the whole system.
And it gives me a blockage.
So, I am going to start the command...
BTW, what is best: run "revdep-rebuild" immediately after glibc upgrade, or do it after updating the GNOME? My guess is right after glibc. Am I correct?
Thank you. |
